No. We are not limited by labels or titles. 

We are an inclusive organization and work with people who are interested in enhancing their communication skills. Clients include people in their early career, mid-level managers, and executives. 

We craft content in a collaborative way so that each audience benefits. The content we share and skills we teach are important for everyday communication and will last a lifetime when regularly practiced.  

We are not a life coaches or therapists. We help people become more comfortable with speaking one-on-one and in groups. We encourage clients throughout the process, and improve consistency and delivery over time. Working with us will help you level up your leadership presence and communication skills. 

Our approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. We will also collaborate with you to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure you stay on track to achieve your goals. 

Our focus is specifically on making progress with each interaction. We do not focus on drawing comparisons or perfection. 

Private or individual coaching is specifically suited to each person. Through an initial conversation, we will learn more about each other and discuss the areas you would like to work on, frequency of our meetings, and general expectations. We will also provide an overview of the experience so you know what to expect.
